About the P&C Team
Our People and Culture team composed of 6 amazing individuals is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to fostering a positive employee experience across the firm. We support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention—while championing a culture of inclusion, growth, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
Develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and values
Oversee Campus and Experienced talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Lead compensation strategy and implementation, including salary reviews, equity analysis and job evaluations.
Optimize HR technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Consult and educate HR liason Partners on P&C principles and guidelines: current and future state.
Collaborate with firm leadership to address organizational and departmental development needs.
Support initiatives related to change management, culture, leadership, team development, and employee experience.
Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and P&C policies.
Coach, mentor and develop the P&C team
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR/P&C experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR programs, compensation and benefits, including 5 years in leadership roles
Experience in professional services or accounting firms is a strong asset
CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
Strong knowledge of Quebec and Ontario labor laws and HR best practices
Inspiring, outstanding director at ease navigating the unknown
Innovative HR thinking, strong business acumen and data analytics skills
Proven organizational skills
Passionate about developing and collaborating on innovative HR projects
Intellectual curiosity, agility and sense of humour
Superior communication skills, acumen and innovative thinking
Flexible and versatile approach to resolving conflicts
Confident, convincing communicator and at ease expressing your opinion in a tactful manner
Bilingualism (French and English), required
